a one-on-one coaching experience for designers who are ready to hit that next level.
I’ve been getting a lot of requests for one-on-one coaching lately. Since the start of Pattern Partnership, I don’t offer as much one-on-one coaching, but this month I am making an exception to provide you with an opportunity to get eyes on your brand, your business, your systems, and your process.
WHAT IS by DESIGN?
LAUNCH BY Design is you and me for 60-minutes building your brand, creating your launch plan, building systems, and mapping out your next best step. This will revamp your business model into one that brings you ease and joy and most importantly, more revenue for your business.
HOW DOES LAUNCH BY DESIGN WORK?
Book your spot. You’ll do our signature pre-work of digging into your numbers, your audience, and your strengths. In our scheduled session together (via Zoom, with video on, and recorded), we’ll hit the ground running by working on what you need support with right now. We’ll map out your offer, create a detailed marketing plan, improve your selling strategy, and build a killer system. And I will coach you on how to get past stuck, empty the mind trash that’s holding you back, and create a vision for the future. This coaching session will be jam-packed and customized for your specific business needs, and you will leave with clarity and a plan to execute. After the coaching session, I’ll send you a recording of the coaching session so that you can go back and review the conversation in order to implement what we discussed. This piece of the session has been so valuable to our clients because we can focus on staying in the session and not have to worry about taking copious notes because you will have the recording to go back to whenever you’d like.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive my calendar to schedule your session. We’ll set you scheduled based on your preferred date/time and my schedule (we can get you in within the next 30 days). Then, I’ll also send you pre-work to do prior to our time together.
You will complete the pre-work and send back to me within 48-hrs.
One the day of the call, join via zoom with camera on. Be open to the process. Be ready to do the work - that’s how you get results!
