Worsted Boomerang
The Worsted Boomerang is a fast, easy, and addicting shawl. Use your favorite worsted weight yarn in any quantity from your stash. Just work in pattern, a simple 2-row repeats, until you run out of yarn. The sample shown uses a single skein of 100% acrylic 150g/344yds worsted weight yarn.

Skill Level: Easy
Size: 23” deep x 66.5” wingspan (adjustable)
Gauge: 11 sts and 10 rows = 4” 10 cm in hdc after wet blocking
Gauge is not crucial for this project but will affect finished measurement
PATTERN NOTE
The shawl is worked sideways beginning with 4 chains, increasing 1 stitch every other row. To keep track of your rows, use a removable stitch marker to denote side of your work.
Repeat pattern until you have enough yarn left to fasten off and weave in ends.
MATERIALS
YARN: Lion Brand Mandala Ombre (100% Acrylic; 344 yards 315 meters/150 grams): color 206 Happy Heureux (1 cake)
HOOK: US size K/10 1/2 (6.5 mm)
NOTIONS: Tapestry needle, removable marker (optional)
